The pleasure and pride of our land

We attach great importance to our wonderful territory and the opportunities it offers us. We select the best producers both to enhance their quality and for an ethic convinced of the value of km 0. We choose only seasonal products. The wines are also purchased directly from producers, including wines strictly from Umbria or nearby Tuscany.

Davide started cooking at the age of 16 and has gained international experience.

Loyalty to the territory and its selected typical and organic excellence, seasonality, research and continuous innovation and openness to differences (with vegetarian and vegan dishes) are the elements that characterize our proposal.
